The worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I took my daughter in with her lip split in two; we waited over three hours, went into a room, and they never even came in to clean the cut. They are inhumane people.
If I could give zero stars I would. Been a patient for over 2 years and just started being able to see my own primary care due to a complex medical issue & to opening up and voicing how distraught I was about getting the run around and seeing different providers for the SAME issue! The CNA’s are actually phenomenal and the only ones that are really helpful. Aside from the CNA’s the lack of communication between the staff is absurd and is shameful. I see Dr.Frienere and NP Anna I have to say both ladies are absolutely fantastic- so nice,understanding, and intelligent. The establishment though is just not great. Beautiful new building with much potential. The answering staff and front desk is always miserable, i have never walked in that building and seen one of them smiling. They answer the phone like they work in a prison. I can recall twice where i stated to the women on the phone "hey how ya doing" to start up conversation and it was just silence. RUDE.
