I just met with this so called Dr named Nadine. I don't recommend her at all. This woman tried giving me a diagnosis in 18 min of knowing me. Lying to me iny face when I asked her to check my med history with the pharmacy saying "I don't see the medication your saying" when I look at the comp screen she's only looking at what she sent me. Very odd I've never seen a Dr act in that manor nor say things that she was saying.. made me begin to think is she even a real Dr? I have cooperated to the best of my ability my entire stay, (one or two nights), by taking all of my medications, being polite, and keeping my cool. However, the staff is trying to kick me out of the facility based on their assumptions that, "It's not the right fit." And they are trying to send me to the homeless shelther I just came from in Lowell MA at 193 Middlesex st, Lowell MA 01852. There are staff there caring so much, being utterly failed by people who care very little. They patch holes in staffing and prescribers but what they need is a bigger budget and more resources. At the end of the day, it meant I had to deal with late refills for over a year which resulted in emergency refills out of pocket multiple times. The most consistent care I got was from a prescriber that got transferred out of here and to Salem
This review is strictly for Sandie at the CCS unit she is rude, dismissive and causes stress for clients. She is abrasive and has no business working in mental health. She lacks communication skills and clearly has no care for clients nor anyone else.
Great place to go if your depressed or have some problems you need help dealing with. They will come to your house at anytime of the day to help you if you need help night or day. You can also go to there clinic or talk over the phone like telehealth. I highly recommend them!
