Gerilyn M. Olsen has to be one of the most incompetent dermatologists I’ve ever encountered and would be better off working out of MA. 20 years with Beth Israel I’ve never been disregarded for any of my care the way she dismissed and laughed , smirking when she saw I was crying after telling me there is no other treatment for my hopeless skin making me feel helpless. She should be ashamed of herself laughing at another women’s pain if you hate your job say that but don’t put it on patients. I’m also going to upload images of... read more

And I still do not have an appointment for an urgent referral.
Booked an appointment in October/November 2024 for end of June 2025 as a new patient. Received a call in May 2025 canceling my June 2025 appointment because Dr. Brag was “no longer accepting new patients” even though my appointment was booked over 6 months ago. They offered to reschedule with a new doctor at the end of August, which is unacceptable. I will not be seeing any doctors at Beth Israel in either Dermatology or another practice group, as they have now wasted my time and delayed my care, and are unreliable as to kee... read more
