Dr Hayes and his assistant were very good! I didn’t feel rushed and he explained everything, asked me good questions, thoroughly explained what my choices were and administered everything with kindness and compassion. Still looks like a college kid! But made me feel very comfortable and assured!

Doctor Arun Ramappa , He is very caring of one's concern. Explains everything in "Layman's terms". He showed me my X-rays and explained the surgery. Everything that he was going to do from binging to end including the recovery time with physical therapy. He is very professional he's a pleasant person. I would refer him to anyone who is in need of a rotator cuff surgery.
