Dr. Ryan Friedberg has been a wonderful doctor during my several visits for my knee ailment since summer of 2025.
Dr John Paul Hezel is definitely worth seeing for orthopedic issues. He’s not a surgeon, but he is very knowledgeable about orthopedic issues. I had some very bad neck pain and he said I believe you have a shoulder issue that is also affecting your neck. Once I went physical therapy which he prescribed he wanted to see me again in 2 months. My father, a dialysis patient with a J-tube, came to the ER at Beth Israel on October 15th at 8:30 PM after his J-tube popped out and was leaking. He is NPO (nothing by mouth), on continuous feeding, and requires regular medications. During the visit, staff only came to draw blood around 11:50 PM but then placed him back in the waiting room while the J-tube was still leaking.
