I have been here twice now for flare ups in my chronic illnesses. Both times, I have received prompt, attentive, and courteous service. The doctors and nurses all have a wonderful bedside manner and relaxed demeanor that is so appreciated. They also never make you feel rushed and take the time to listen to you completely as a patient. I would recommend no other emergency department above this one.
I went there with my son because he has influenza A. We were waiting in the lobby for a long time and when they finally take us to triage room they start rushing us which is unacceptable. She even told me that if I don't have Tylenol at home because there's nothing she can do for my little boy and she also said that she's got a million patients to see so therefore we should hurry up. It's really sad to see most doctor's don't give a damn about sick kids anymore.
The phone desk person is beyond disrespectful immediately when they picked up the phone they don’t introduce themselves and start having a conversation with some one next to them. I start telling them about my situation she goes into a full blown conversation with somebody else and then abruptly says what were you saying??
