The phone desk person is beyond disrespectful immediately when they picked up the phone they don’t introduce themselves and start having a conversation with some one next to them. I start telling them about my situation she goes into a full blown conversation with somebody else and then abruptly says what were you saying?? Great experience, the doctors, nurses and assistants are very friendly and helped me a lot.
This staff is exceptional. Visited a close friend in end-stage cancer and they bent over backwards for his care, and his large Italian family. They were professional and compassionate, communicated clearly.
