My son WAS a patient here for a short time, emphasis on short!! He's an adult, went alone to visits and Mom's a nurse so I did ask lol. He said he waited longer in the waiting room, than his time spent with Dr. Montague; which is poor! Anyway, he's having an inner ear problem which is now affecting his throat, so today I requested a referral to an ENT. He was told by this woman in 3 minutes he was fine! He's not! I reached out to this practice when I had no Doctor or practice I could rely on. The office I was previously with chose to be dismissive of a lengthy kidney infection I struggled with. I explained to the folks at BILH what I had gone through and they immediately prioritzed me, getting me in for my first appointment in a week, when the other place pushed me off for 3 months with a kidney infection that the NP claimed I never had, despite one of their ER docs diagnosing me. I am horribly sick, the office gave me an appointment for same day "can you come in in half an hr?" So i rushed over to find the appointment was mistakenly made for 3 days from now, not today. Horrible mistake! Terrible service! I am extremely ill, i am already their patient, and they messed up completely and are incredibly unhelpful!! Highly do NOT recommend this office.

This office’s accessibility is poor. It doesn’t pick up when you call during business hours (the voicemail will say it’s “currently closed” even though it’s during posted business hours). In addition, I’ve been put on hold 20 minutes prior to close, and eventually no one picked up. It’s either a staffing issue, or poor office management. Either way, impracticable for patients.
