Good doctors and nurses but administratively inept. There is no institutional memory; everything has to be done laboriously through electronic chart systems that don’t port one’s information. Have to push staff to answer questions, schedule, and provide the care actually needed. You’ll feel like a cog in a slow-moving machine. Dirty looks for advocating for yourself.
Always receive me on time, very nice new office and exam rooms decor, very friendly and helpful staff and great doctors. Location easy to get to on foot, by bike, or car.
Not professional doctors...
Administratively, horrible place that will keep you hanging for months about billing and insurance matters. Have called them over 10 times and they haven’t figured out, once even saying they forgot. Also needs to have better coordination between hospitals in other locations, and be more accessible.
