Update: I’ve never written a review like this before, but the level of unprofessionalism from this practice’s front desk staff has made continued care impossible. Appointments have been canceled without any notice or documentation, only for me to be told I canceled them myself. The woman with a deeper voice is consistently rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to speak to. Horrible service…. How long does it take registration to follow up with a new patient? If you said over 1 month- you would be correct. She also works from home - adding to the disconnect from the office. I’ve called the office every week since Sep. I’m continually told I will get a call back then I can schedule an appointment….. Not only did your office / intake delay my care by over a month - you refuse to take accountability.

Dr. Drew and her staff are amazing! Going to the doctor was always “challenging” until I was connected with this fantastic doctor and her awesome staff. I’ve never felt more “heard” as a patient, Dr. Drew was so thorough and made me feel like my time was as important as her own. Her staff from check in to check out were so friendly and welcoming, really brought my blood pressure down as I am an extremely nervous patient, it was much appreciated! I like my doctor and yes, like others reviews here said. The receptionist is very rude. She's been rude for years and I wonder why she's still here every time I go.
