I was at the allergy clinic today. Dr. Trisha and her resident who was shadowing her kept cutting me off when I was talking, and they giggled about my past prescriptions and my pet's medical condition. It's very unprofessional and rude for them to giggle like little kids about a patient's medical condition or a family member's.

This lab has been hit or miss since the last Phlebotomist left. I was nervous and I am also normally a hard stick. Today Ms. Tamar stuck me one time and got 3 tubes of blood! She was friendly and got the job done. Thank you Tamar 😊
This review is for BIDMC blood draw lab at Chestnut Hill, 200 Boylston St, 4th floor. It used to be a wonderful lab, now it is AWFUL, workers make their own rules. On 12/16/24 I came in (they used to be walk in service) and put my name on the list. I sat watching people walking in without a line. I asked and the person told me that now you can make an appointment and they first take people with appt in front of others, so the wait is long. Previously I had amazing experiences here. But the nurse checking my daughter in named Aarohi was rude. She spoke over us. Said hello how are you. I proceeded to say hello well and you but she just kept rambling kind of robotic like. She attempted to grab a swab out of a cabinet and opened the drawer while I was standing there no excuse me no pardon me was simply going to hit me with the drawer if I didn’t move.
