Beth was amazing at explaining and responding to questions. Also checked in as needed and was easy to reach out to. Her responses were prompt and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.
Beth is great and will always take the extra time to help out.
Beth and her Guild Team (special shout out to Kacey!) were recommended by our realtor and were professional and responsive. I travel internationally for work, and they coordinated everything, including POA and remote Notary services to ensure there were no delays. Beth, Kaycee,and Grace were all so helpful and kind. They answered all our questions and made the process so much easier. Beth also went above and beyond when I was anxious about not hearing from escrow and called to check on the status for me. We don't plan to buy another house any time soon but if I did, I would absolutely work with them again.
