If you don’t use Beth Howard it’s totally your loss! 100% of the time she had our vision and best interest in mind: from telling me -“it’s not the right house” to negotiating on our behalf when we were willing to concede. She was such a blessing to us when we relocated and I there aren’t enough stars to give her.
