We have known Beth for 30 years and wrote dozens of contracts with her....she is an honest straight forward business professional and a wonderful caring person....first, last and only call should be to Beth..... she will find you the perfect place :)
First she don't listen. Second she admits only wanting to rent to wind farm workers at jacked up prices. And when I asked about a business property it was so high no one in the surrounding area could afford it on their best month. After several months of seeing her signs I can understand why nothing rents.
