Beth helped my daughter and myself through the entire process of finding a house we love and sending us to a lender who was willing to take the time to help us determine the price range that would fit our budget. We had some unusual needs in a house since my daughter is a professional artist and needs a studio in which to work. Beth took the time to determine which homes would best serve our needs. Horribly dishonest and deceitful. Manages properties, doesn’t keep them up to standard, becomes selling agent and COVERS ALL THE ISSUES to pass simple inspection - on top of claiming no knowledge of property - despite managing it for many many years!! Plus she has her connections in the business to help her cover major issues prior to marketing!
Absolutely amazing realtor, very helpful, very prompt, very knowledgable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Alamogordo!
