HORRIBLE. Did not listen to concerns of my young child. She couldn’t answer the questions that were asked. Very rude and unprofessional do not recommend to anyone.
This place is a joke....your primary physician sends a referral to these clowns and instead of calling you to discuss what your availability is to schedule an appointment. These morons schedule a date for you without your knowledge. Then when you get a reminder that your appointment is coming up. You would have no clue that there was an appointment scheduled in the first place. Been here 3 times and every time theres a wait for over 45 mins which is ridiculous. Hard to keep a toddler occupied when waiting so long. No apology about the wait time either. Going to ask around for another doctor’s office.
So thankful we found Dr Cady Burghardt. My son struggled with constant bloody noses, and the first time he saw her she knew exactly what needed to be done. Love the way she told my son exactly what she was going to be doing and took the time to listen to his concerns. So sorry we wasted our time at other ENTs.
Was a bit concerned with going after reading reviews. Was welcomed with a smile and greeting. After new patient paperwork, I was promptly taken to a room. Immediately asked questions about personal information. Within 7 minutes, Dr Burghardt came in the room. Checked over and explained about my condition. By the end I knew the direction we needed to go. I would absolutely recommend Dr Burghardt to go to.
