We have always had a pleasant experience with this office and staff. Dr B has been very helpful and knowledgeable through out the years of treating our children. We found her to be empathic and understanding when our youngest had a procedure done and we were very nervous. The staff have always been friendly and helpful as well!
I have had mostly good experiences here. She can be pretty stern sometimes. She's straight forward, I think it's just her personality or maybe a bad day. But she has always taken great care for my child and helped with eliminated her ear infections. Wait times can be a little long sometimes. My only complaint is the 50.00 dollar cancelation fee. You don't always know your not going to be able to make it 2 days in advance. It should be a 24 hr notice. But altimitley rather she's rude or not she's well experienced and I trust ... read more

Very unprofessional and rude. The lady at the front desk has an attitude problem and lies. Do not recommend going here.
