I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Jorge Núñez and the team at Dr. Beth Braver's office in Aventura, FL, and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Tried calling numerous times over the duration of days, Option 2 for referral no one ever answers or returns messages. Stay on the line to be forwarded to an available agent, no answer and the 1 time someone actually answered you hear laughing in the background and then hung up the phone.
What I don’t understand is the nonchalant attitude in not reading or responding to these very bad reviews. Dr Braver is nice and kind. That’s where the good part ends- I met her for the first time in July, she ordered an MRI for me due to severe back and sciatica pain. I had to push to get the referral. Paid for the MRI and had the test in August. Simply the worst non compational staff. If I could give them a -0 star it would be better. Find a better doctor that actually will care about your health instead of only the money.
Literally the worst place nobody here cares about their patients , Dr Braver is too busy to accept any patients and nobody ever ever ever ever answers the phone doesn’t matter what extension you choose. They will literally let you die they have 0 urgency
