I’ve been a patient for years, glad to see the improvement in the services, personnel, and always accommodating me when I need to consult.
Thought i ha d booked an appointment with a pulmonary doctor but after waiting a month for an appointment i found out that they had booked me with the wrong Brever doctor. Why would you use both names in your ads and in the forms that you send people to fill out when you practice different types of medicine. Front office staff was very rude and tried to blame me for the mixup. Both doctors also have the same phone number and you cannot trust their front office to figure out which doctor to see. The worst office I have ever been to! If I could put 0 stars I would. I gave birth and went for a check up two month later. I was body shamed, not taken care of and don’t expect a follow up even when you actually have something important. Oh and let’s not forget that they send your result in a little paper, no envelope, just a little tape. They don’t explain the result or the prescriptions that they send inside that stupid little paper
I am a retired RN and I was very pleased with Dr. Braver. If you are a new patient, arrive 25 min early to fill n the paperwork. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Braver listens; sometimes a rarity with Physicians. As a health care person myself, I am pleased and will highly reccommend her.!!
1. New patient are seen relatively quickly. Existing patient has to wait for weeks 2. If you get sick and need to be seen immediately, they send you to Fast Care Urgent Care. They do not try to fit you in. 3. They wait time for appointments are very long then they put you in the room to wait even longer. 4. They send results in the mail with a standard form card. Some may even come with instructions and prescription stapled inside 5. Referral process has no 2-way communication
A Dr. that you can't talk. after car accident for five second ...... You call her office .you wait out side for 40min. and DR Braver don't even come out to see you . For me she is not Dr. If you have any chance you better different DR. When some one real need you regardless if he have appointment with or not !!!!! you his DR. you must come out . Thank you for your POOOOR Service
Dr Braver listens and decisions are made with my input. I have never felt rushed . Dr Braver is flexible and compassionate. She has been my doctor for more than 20 years.
