I typically don’t do this, but I’m so frustrated with the lack of care and hospitality at this clinic. When we do actually see Dr. Bradshaw she seems caring. However, whoever answers the phone calls fo scheduling or any other questions is extremely rude! Today I called at 9:45 am because my daughter (Dr. Bradshaw’s patient since she was born) was complaining about her ear and in major pain!
