The reception, nurse, X-ray tech and surgeon were excellent from check-in to check-out. Each member was friendly, professional and efficient. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable time while still feeling confident that I was in competent hands and that I received all of the information I need to make informed decisions about my hand issues.
My doctor was the most thorough with my visit and explaining everything that I was going to get done due to carpal tunnel and trigger finger!! Thank you what a great office staff and surgeon!!

I arrived for my 11:00 a.m. appointment at 10:50 a.m. I waited in the lobby for 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment and was then ushered into an inner waiting room. I sat for another 45 minutes until the physician came in. I mentioned that I had experienced a long wait and the physician responded that other people needed time. I agree with that however considering other people need time, maybe scheduling should be amended to accommodate those people who need time.
