First time here,Very welcoming and informative!
I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Sum. Although she isn't my primary doctor in the practice, its required to see other doctors in the practice once you become pregnant. It was the first time meeting Dr. Sum and it wasn't a pleasant experience. I felt that the appointment was rushed and she was short with answering my questions. I felt my time during the appointment was not valued. Her appearance and bedside manners were not professional.
Dr. Sum answered all of my questions and was concerned about my current health that I went in there with and was very kind and helping me feeling comfortable.
