Beth is the Best! Me and my wife just sold our house on Camano 50000 over listing. We had tried and failed a few times before but Beth is super resourceful and positive. This house needed alot of work and we were able to sell it with no out of pocket expenses. All the repairs were taken out at closing. Beth knows so many people on the Island so she always has a solution.Dont hesitate to choose Beth if you are on Camano or any where else and looking to sell.
We couldn't have asked for more from Beth. We were selling our home while relocating and she worked around multiple snags. From a roofer, movers and having to find a backup photographer Beth didn't seemed phased by anything. The staging she suggested and applied looked amazing as well. Our home listed during a slight market cool down, but Beth went above and beyond to market the property. Multiple weekends of open houses, flyers, internet broadcasts and more. Beth was super awesome to work with and I'd recommend her anytime.
