Betabrand's Customer Service Sucks. They sent me a $15 gift for recommending them to a friend who actually purchased an item, and I was having trouble redeeming it. They would not help me at all and there is no $15 Gift after all (even though I have their email stating so)! They are short and impatient when responding, and they do so like automated machines.
