Good service and professionalism. I had a defective display screen on my spa after 4 months of purchase. After contacting Brad It was replaced within 3 weeks with no hassle. The team seems very helpful
"I ONLY JUST BOUGHT THIS BUSINESS, I DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE TO HELP YOU" is the response to 2 separate warranty claims we have received in the last 2 years. The coward says it to my partner who visits the store while I'm working. This was 2 weeks after an email was sent, and we had to travel to the store to ask what the problem was. We found out it's the OWNER'S ATTITUDE. EXPECT NO SUPPORT. You will wait 2+ weeks for an email response. Visit the store and your details will be taken, then wait some more. Duncan & Brad are excellent service providers. From the start of our selection process, to the delivery of our spa, they have been great communicators & facilitators. I can highly recommend their services, without doubt.
Beta-Wellness were wonderful at the Home Show. Once the spa was installed, with damage it was a different story. The tradesman they sent out was rude, and made the problem worse. Which Beta-wellness said was just a panel not properly in place . I can tell the difference between warped and not in place, even if I am a woman. Plus, he didn’t check the lights were working (in that section) , which to me seemed a fairly obvious thing to do if you have 30 years experience.
