I been coming to this place for years great antique i love all the plants and the owner are very nice people. Is very clean place.
Rented here for a few years, my clients loved it. The interior reminded me of a nice hotel in Europe. I moved out of state, otherwise I would still be renting here.
I have not rented from Beta in over 20 years but still have great memories in this building. I dealt with all the family members and they were all quite humble and fair minded. Someone else said that the building was not up to their standards but the building was never amazing even in my time. I remember the elevator being slow even back in my day but then I say big deal. The building is not.old is antique is beautiful and clean inside people are very nice lot real plants. Bathrooms are ok. Ladys dont forget flush tollet. I love this places.
