As a provider, we have only had good experiences with Beta Health. While we do not need to file claims, as it is a discount program, we have treated many, many of their patients and both us as providers, and our patients, have been happy.
I'd actually put zero stars if possible, but they make you pick at least one... Watch out for these guys, they automatically withdraw money from your account for years after you've dropped their coverage. I just thought it was my new dental insurance. That'll teach me to take a better look at my bank statements in the future.
