I wanted to visit a property in Carson. Communication with Matt was not the greatest before viewing, sometimes days to answer a text. I went to visit the property but everytime I had a question, he just answered "I don't know" while either turning his back on me or walking away. After at least 5 questions unanswered, I asked if I could speak with someone who could actually answer my questions and was told "no". Very unprofessional and rude.
This company is horrible at calling you back or getting back to any emails. I tried getting a hold of someone for 2 weeks straight, leaving voicemail, sending emails, with no response. A month later and still nothing. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.
