Haley is amazing !! Higher up is rude unfriendly and not blessed.
Through no fault of the pharmacy, there was a prescription hiccup. My husband picked up my script that I had refilled through the automated system (which I love). To my surprise, he came home with two. I did not realize that my doctor's office had also sent a script for an additional medication. Long story short, Neil explained the situation and has been most accommodating in resolving this issue. Just an example of why we have used this pharmacy for more years than I can remember.
