I hired these guys to mow, trim and clean up my front and back lawn, and they only mowed the front and sides. I had to call them back and demand they mow the back. The first time the mowers came, they didn't mow the back, which was at least 8" high. When I complained to the owner, he sent the mowers back. They told me they'd called the office and the office told them not to do the back, and that's why they didn't mow it.
