Lawrence refinished our kitchen floors and installed new matching oak floor in our family room. Excellent job!! When we are ready to do the rest of our house we’ll call Lawrence back. Super satisfied with him!!
Lawrence was great to deal with from start to finish. He came in and re-did our old 115 year old heritage house's hardwood floors and did a wonderful job. He worked with us through our renovations and did the job in two stages which was very accommodating for us. I especially liked his input on products for our floor and what would work best in our situation. Had the pleasure of being recommended to Lawrence by some friends and a neighbour. I would first like to highlight the fact that upon initially reaching out, the turnaround time for a response was instantaneous. I plan on refinishing some flooring in a rental unit I’m departing and am trying to keep it budget friendly. Ghosted with deficiencies. I cannot recommend this company. Lawrence did our floors last summer and at first they looked good. He asked us to leave a good review so we did but then we noticed several deficiencies and some damage after he left. He ignored our texts and calls for him to return to fix the floor. When he did finally respond he was very rude and unprofessional to us. So, after reading the many reviews on this site about the services this company provides I thought I would take the plunge. I explained the work that needed to be done, a price was offered and a time line suggested ( 8 hours to do the work). First off the time spent doing the job was less than three hours, I asked if there was a reduction due to the shorter time line-none was given.
