I rented this unit for 3 years because I had to live abroad. When I was ready to move out, it was only 3 days into the new/next month. I asked Bestway if they could prorate the 3 days and help me out. They said NO, it was NOT company policy. I would have to pay for the whole month (which had increased in the amount, the 3rd increase in 3 years) even tho I only needed 3 x-tra days. Bestway Self Storage is Great – Bestway Self Storage is a great place to store your items. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you want great service and a clean storage place, Bestway really is the best place

great service – Years of good service This storage facility is clean, readily accessible, climate controlled and safe environment for storing those extra overflow items I need from time-to-time. I like that there is lots of free parking. The fact that there is always people around: staff, Management or other renters, who are available to assist you. Located on the corner of Lake and Halsted, it is not difficult to get to or out of way so I can run in and out. For 6 years it has worked for me.

Bestway Self Storage I am So Pleased! This is a secure, attractive, extremely clean, and centrally-located climate-controlled facility with great staff. Their rates are competitive and they worked with me to find just the right unit. The parking lot is huge, and your vehicle can be backed right up to the loading dock for easy ins/outs. Having toured other storage businesses, Bestway Self Storage was it for me, hands down. Check out their cellar for wine storage, too!

amazing – Great Location! Great Service! I would have to say that this is the best storage facility that I have ever seen. They provide a space for tenants to have meetings which is great for entrepreneurs that have home offices. Also, the customer service is impeccable. Love it!
