January 2011 My wife and I were in the market for a better vehicle. We were 21 & 20 respectively with less than perfect credit. At that point in time we were doing our best to improve it. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! – I recently bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from bestway autos. The deal itself went down pretty smooth. I have some credit issues and they were very understanding. I got the payment i was looking for and the rate. I love my jeep. The salesman mr. alonso was very dedicated and very professional. I will definetly send my family to do business with them. As a matter of fact my cousin will be there this weekend to buy a family van.
Love my Sierra – I had a few problems with he paperwork that I had at hand, so I had to do a trip home, but the sales man Albert was kind enough to take me. I had never heard of anyone doing that, he stayed with me until the entire process was completed, the time at the store was more than I expected, and they did ask for $300 bucks more than what I had for down. but the my sales man explained why and it made sence. overall the experiance was good and I got to take my Sierra 1500 home the next day. HORRIBLE!!!!!! – I would never,ever recommend this place to ANYONE.The guy helping us didnt get the credit for selling us the truck,some a!!hole did.Everytime I tried to call him and ask where my husbands truck was since they sold it to him with rotted tires(and it supposedly passed a 500 point inspection)He is VERY rude and said "look,Im trying to make my money,I can talk to you"and would never call me back or my husband.Everytime I call I switched around to different a holes everytime.It took them 5 days to put on 2 new ti... read more
Great Experience – We purchased a used truck and followed up with a used four-wheel vehicle. Both purchases were great experiences. The sales people were friendly and knowledgeable, and service was excellent. They did everything we asked and it felt like we were being welcomed into a family rather than simply buying a vehicle. We had a minor problem with one vehicle and Bestway was quick to respond even though we purchased the vehicle "As Is". Horrible!! – I wish I had read these reviews before I bought my car! My whole purchasing experience was horrible and now I think I have even more great things in the future to look forward to! The managers are horrible to say the least and the finance managers are total doushe bags as well. And the sales guy was a total creeper hittiing on me even though he was easily 2 or 3 time my age and a total doushe in the same right. I would never EVER EVER! recommend buying a car from t hem.
