Bestway Auto have me a more than fair trade for my vehicle. I used the KBB.com Trade-In program; Randy M. gave me call, showed me some great vehicles and got me approved quickly. He truly cared about what would be best for my family and just about sales. I would recommend him to anyone. Probably the first time I ever enjoyed going to an auto dealership for a purchase.
All I have to say is that I received the best service from bestway autos. I had been in an accident and I called and spoke to Salvador and he made the process painless. Armando and Salvador helped me get back on my feet. I was able to trade in my truck for 2 dependable vehicles that me and my daughter were happy with. My purchase experience was great. My sales person Rey Castellon was patient, vehicle savvy, & professional. The lot had a variety of vehicles to chose from at great prices. I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you need help with your credit situation.
These guys have a ton of good vehicles to choose from. When I visited them they were very courteous and answered all my questions.
DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET GOOD CREDIT. WE PAID OUR CAR ON TIME AND MADE PAYMENTS ABOVE THE REQUIRED AMOUNT DUE AND THEY STILL SCREWED US AND DOES NOT SHOW UP ON ANY OF THE CREDIT REPORTS THAT WE PAID THE CAR OFF, NOW WE ARE STRUGGLING TO SHOW THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE THAT CAN HANDLE A CAR PAYMENT AND THEY FAIL TO SHOW US ANYTHING TO BACK THAT UP LIKE STATED BY THE CARSALEMAN WHEN WE PURCHASED THE CAR. Avoid this dealership, I purchased a minivan on Saturday and drove it home, the next morning I drove it 7 miles to my sisters house. It stalled and never restarted again, I called the sales person, he said he would call his manager, I did not get a call back after an hour so I Called again, I was told there was nothing that could be done since it was Sunday. They tried to sell me a 98 new bettle for "5995" but when i calculated what i would really be paying it was "$8490". When i checked the blue book price for a vehicle in such poor condition it said $2229. I know they need to make some profit but that is just rediculous. Im a young woman and i went in alone and i feel like they tried to take advantage of me. be careful in dealing with these places and know your options!
