Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist at this clinic has been consistently negative. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive every time I’ve interacted with her. Instead of creating a welcoming and helpful environment, she makes patients feel like they’re a burden. It’s disappointing because the medical staff here is great, but the front desk experience really drags everything down.
