2 start because front desk ! First time appointment and the policy of bringing your medication with you is not complete , i have to cancel the appointment ! Even I offer to show through app my medication or send my husband i was 5 min from the office but no, i bet when the owner of this practice read this understand lost 5 new patients. By the way I met before the nurse practitioner in another practice and she was wonderful but costumer services ALWAYS has to be first.
I would highly recommend BestSelf Primary Care & Med Spa! The team is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. Ani Pavli, NP is amazing! She is incredibly skilled in both aesthetics and primary care. She takes her time with every patient and makes you feel heard and cared for. I trust her completely and highly recommend her services
I've been following Ani Pavli for 4 years now and was very thrilled when she opened her own practice. Her staff always treats me with nothing but respect and help me with all my medical issues. Anytime I need a referral they always take the time to explain the process to me.
Great service. Beautiful office space. Staff is awesome. after more than a year later the staff and provider are still very attentive and take care of my needs. they explained exactly what needs to be done.
