Austin was so professional, and nice!! Our house needed a lot of work and after some family health issues we were not able to complete them and it felt like we had no way out. Austin gave us a gracious quote so that we could sell our house and move in with our older kids. He even gave us the name of an incredible realtor to help us move. It was quick and painless! Best Offer KC really saved our family and we are truly blesser and thankful!! There are not enough words to express how much we highly recommend them!!!
This company constantly spams me with predatory offers on my home, despite all efforts to have myself removed from their lists. I have filed a prohibitory order with the USPS, which they repeatedly violate. The efforts they are going through to bully me into selling them my house are disturbing.
I would recommend this place to anyone selling there home quick no matter the shape it's in!! My mom passed away on Father's day this year and left me the house, I want to move closer to my sister. I called Better offer KC and spoke with Z he was very pleasant and very helpful with all the questions I Had, then they sent Nate out and he was ABSOLUTELY Great!!! It's been a year since I did busy with your company. I watch your commercial now and you say the offer never changes! My changed by 8000 dollars. My house was robbed days before closing . So your new commercial really upset me. Your company never never tried to do the right thing. Shame on you!! Very unsatisfied customer.
