Best Offer, eh? Maybe in 2019. I'd be very careful dealing with this company. The "best offer" it sent us was offensively low, and with any research at all, it would have known that. The letter seemed to be fishing for fools who don't know their home's value or for people in a tough spot who need cash. I struggle to see any legitimate reason to lowball us by $200K.
