I had high hopes for Best Off-Road, but after my first experience with them, I won't be trusting them with my Jeep again. The project started with recommendations on gear ratios and upgrading my front axle that ultimately led me to replace nearly new 35s with 37s just to make the Jeep tolerable on the highway. I had high hopes for Best Off-Road, but after my first experience with them, I won't be letting them work on my Jeep again. The gear ratio recommendation I was given led me to replace nearly new 35s with 37s just to make the Jeep more livable on the highway. 4k rpm at 75 was not cool. The final bill was also much higher than expected, the front driveshaft was left loose, and I wasn't informed the Jeep still needed an alignment until pickup. Very amazing service and amazing interior
My 4x4 was not working and I had a code pop up. They quickly diagnosed the issue and did an inspection of my Jeep. My issue was a glow plug, they ordered the part and installed it. Every time I bring my Gladiator in for maintenance or upgrades I am always amazed and pleased when given the price of service. They always give amazing value for their work and stand by their work!
