I’m really frustrated with this place. I’ve called and asked for my receipt countless times since my appointment, and each time I’m told it will be sent, but it never is. It’s now been over four months of waiting. The process feels very disorganized. Also during my appointment, they were so reluctant to do any additional scans or tests and did not give me any helpful information about my condition. A huge waste of money.
Rude. Dismissive. Uncaring. Racial . Left me to wait for 1/2 hr. Not examined, had to ask for exam. Left me, said if I don't like it, leave. Said u can leave, we don't need your business. No exam. I just need some medicine I am sick . Sore throat, sinus infection. Invited me to leave at least 3 times. I was sick and this was a miserable experience. If I was rude.it is because I was sick. Will not advice to go to this clinic .
Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. I’ve been here several times now, and each visit something more unacceptable has occurred. The final straw was today. I was told the wait time was over an hour and a half. Staff informed me I had to sign in and then wait at a bus stop or at Denny’s with my 3-year-old, who is currently infected with Flu A. It was amazing staff and doctor were professional and helped me right away awesome highly recommended
Highly recommend this facility. Super clean, nice nurses, and I’ve never had a long wait!
