Polite quick and excellent work
I’m disappointed about my experience at this clinic. Their posted hours state they’re open until 8pm, so I arrived expecting to be seen in person. Instead, the receptionist checked with staff in the back and returned to tell us that no doctor was actually on-site — only telehealth was being offered at that time. For an urgent care clinic, having no in-person medical staff present during advertised business hours is a serious issue. Zoe at the front desk is incredibly helpful and Dr Audrey made me feel both seen and heard. Best care I’ve received in all of Bend. A month ago I brought my fiancé here with a wound that we couldn’t stop the bleeding on and Dr Brian worked diligently to solve the issue. My guy healed beautifully and was grateful for the care he received. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring myself or a loved one here in any urgent situation.
