All of them are top notch
I'm only leaving 3 stars because of a few things.1)it was clean and it always is. 2)it was easy to schedule online and we got in pretty close to our scheduled time. You would have gotten a 5 if the front desk guy was not asleep, snoring att his desk when we arrived! No joke. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was probably on break but no...just asleep!
The people are awesome in the office! Low rating due to experience with lab used. First lab sample apparently leaked. ??? Retested and it took them from Monday May 18th to Saturday May 23rd to call me with results which they said was negative.
All of your staff was extremely caring and helpful. Courtney has excellent bedside manner and is so knowledgeable and helpful. This was our first time coming in and we will definitely come back next time we need to be seen.
