I absolutely love this place. It was my first time there and the staff and my nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing. I have been suffering with a cough for over a month and sore throat for 2 weeks. My Dr's didnt slow it down but as it stands right now I havent coughed hardly at all and finally have relief from a constant sore throat. I will definitely go back here. I also recommend everyone to go here. You wont be sorry you did. They truly made me feel like they care.
They were fast, friendly, and provided excellent care. They even have water and snacks! I'll definitely be going here instead of the other options in town.

This place has been an absolute failure from beginning to end. Would not recommend for any situation.
What a wonderful experience I had at BestMed Urgent Care in Albany, OR. The staff was very friendly and very professional. The treating practitioner I also seen today was very engaging, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the treatment she was providing. Keep her around!!
