In the past I have had great experiences with this clinic when they provided walk-in care and sports physicals for my kids. When I visited this morning however, the receptionist grew increasingly exasperated with me because, she had "never heard of my insurance", mentioned that it was "probably a Marketplace plan" (despite my already having explained that it's the sole PPO offered through my work - for which I pay out the nose), and finally that "we can't do anything with this".
