Billing stinks! I had no problem with the doctor, it is their billing office and the way they treat their (now no longer) patients. I had questions on my bill, expecting to get some help, instead all I got in return was "this is just the way it is and you can either pay it or be turned into collections". While I had no intentions of not paying my bill, I just simply wanted an answer to my questions and to blown off. Doctors Great Billing not so great The doctors were great. You need to pay upfront which cost me $95. and then they billed my insurance.. which insurance paid them as well and it took me two calls and 3 months and still waiting for my refund.
Good Service Obviously an urgent care center has to have high quality standards, just as this urgent care center does. Unfortunately no one likes getting the doctors bill, because they cost a lot of money. They have a very friendly staff and they are very good at getting a job well done. I would go again if the time called for it.
My first choice in healthcare Great place to be treated. Staff is courteous, kind and knowledgable.
