I bought a table two years ago and it has been cracking on the platform and now the frame is complete broken in two. They have a "Ten Year Warranty" that you have to pay for shipping to send the table back to have the repairs done and then you have no back up table in the meantime. The quality of the products they sell are low and the customer service is complete garbage. I would recommend you keep looking for a better company if you are running a business and looking for quality products.
There is nothing good about this business, nothing local other than a store front. no benefit to the community. Owners Jeffery and his girl friend Mona both live in Germany. Products made in China.. The staff is based on admin and purchasing experience. None are passionate about health and wellness. Support local community based businesses. This isn't one of them. The quality was excellent and the shipping was very fast! Your site was easy to maneuver and uncluttered. I have constantly viewed your site and have continued to send colleagues to you when they are looking to purchase supplies. I will definitely be ordering from you again!
I purchased flat flannel sheets from best massage. Upon receiving the sheets, all were laundered before use - warm water, low temp dryer. All of the sheets shrunk 4" which made them unusable as they non longer covered our tables. I contacted Best massage to inform them about the quality issue with these sheets. Best Massage was uncooperative at best - after much negotiation they would only offer 65% refund with shipping on me. 65% refund for a product that is clearly of poor quality. There is no company so great as this around where I live in Canada the quality is excellent prices reasonable and service customer oriented

This company is horrible DO NOT buy from them! They will take your money, send you defective products and not replace it! They will give you the run around! The quality of the product is cheap! The customer service is beyond disgraceful! BEWARE you been warned!!
