I originally came in for nail services, but I was pressured and basically forced into getting a facial, which I did not feel comfortable doing. Unfortunately, the facial ended up irritating and messing up my skin, and I deeply regret agreeing to it. If your business specializes in nail services, I really think you should stick to what you do best instead of pressuring customers into services they did not come in for. Hands-down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Totally lives up to its name! Since I found Besties, I won’t go anywhere else. The nicest people, the most beautiful atmosphere and the best service. Kelly and her team are very professional. Always a top notch experience. Had Angie, Mirabel, Ina, and Rose for a pedicure and each one did a perfect job. Thank you!
