One star cause the salon is clean. I’ve been to this salon many times before and always enjoyed their manicure/pedicures, but this visit was very disappointing. It was my first pedicure in a year after having my baby, and I was only offered options priced $50–$105. When I said I didn’t want to upgrade, the technician was visibly annoyed. The lady who was doing my pedi seemed to be very in rush. My pedicure was about 15min and the she quickly applied polished which wasn’t great, see pics attached. I asked for a regular pedicure and was not interested in the upgrade, and that seemed to discourage the lady to dongle pedicure at all. This was my second visit and I was quite disappointed.

Bestie or Worstie? I went to Bestie for a mani and had an appointment . It cost $10 extra for a special Polish! The operator took multiple calls while doing my nails. I had to ask her to file and do the cuticles and apply oil etc. It was the shortest and worst mani I ever had ! I left no gratuity . The operator followed me out of the salon shouting my name and asking if I planned to leave the gratuity in cash. I said I was not leaving a gratuity and she told me never to come back. I had an appointment scheduled for a manicure at 10 AM. The store opens at 10 AM but when I arrived it was closed and dark. There was a sign on the front door saying due to the traffic, we will be 15 mins late. 20 mins later I came back, and my technician was not there. When I complained, the manager was extremely rude. I seldom write a review but feel compelled to “get the word out”I have given this salon enumerable chances but have come to conclusion that their product is inferior and abilities are inadequate to deliver quality lasting results. A gel or powder manicure should last more than 5-6 days and neither did despite wearing gloves at home as often as possible.
