Bestie or Worstie? I went to Bestie for a mani and had an appointment . It cost $10 extra for a special Polish! The operator took multiple calls while doing my nails. I had to ask her to file and do the cuticles and apply oil etc. It was the shortest and worst mani I ever had ! I left no gratuity . The operator followed me out of the salon shouting my name and asking if I planned to leave the gratuity in cash. I said I was not leaving a gratuity and she told me never to come back. I had an appointment scheduled for a manicure at 10 AM. The store opens at 10 AM but when I arrived it was closed and dark. There was a sign on the front door saying due to the traffic, we will be 15 mins late. 20 mins later I came back, and my technician was not there. When I complained, the manager was extremely rude. I seldom write a review but feel compelled to “get the word out”I have given this salon enumerable chances but have come to conclusion that their product is inferior and abilities are inadequate to deliver quality lasting results. A gel or powder manicure should last more than 5-6 days and neither did despite wearing gloves at home as often as possible. I have circulated through many of staff to find the right one but have found them rough and hurried. My expectations are reasonable- always giving multiple chances to improve... read more

DONT RECOMMEND! DONT GO ! We came in for a party of 3 walk in pedicure, and were told to sit outside until free seats were available, 15-20 min. No problem! We sat right outside and 30 min later walked back in to see the ppl who walked in after us (another party of 3) seated and receiving pedicures (who loudly announced that they did not have appointments as they walked in). I used to like this salon, and I went out of my way to return. Unfortunately, I’ve gotten the same nail technician for my last two appointments, and they did a very poor job. My last appointment where I had a gel manicure and a pedi, my nail chipped 50% off the morning after my evening appointment when I barely used my hands. The shape of two of my nails was also not consistent with the others.
