This is the worst building management company I’ve ever worked with. They never fix maintenance requests unless you’re willing to follow up with them several times and even then, it won’t get done in a timely fashion. The landlord Rod has cursed me out several times and even threatened to kick me out if I didn’t clean a certain way (this is illegal and breach of lease contract in Delaware) while the apt was being shown for possible sale.
