Well the worst company ever, very unprofessional,rude, prejudice, ppl I have ever seen. They don't like interracial relationships, n low income families. Meanwhile I have a judgement on me, they didn't know nothing when they took over my old landlords properties.. DONT RENT FROM THEM‼️ JUST TRIED TO GET INTO A APT N CANT COS OF THE JUDGEMENT...
Simple terrible management company. I had a chronic leak in my unit. They refused to come and inspect. When I called, inquiring as to why I was being ignored, Elizabeth Martelli, the head of residential management told me to “shut the f*** up, and stop calling her.” Their company was absolutely useless in managing my condo complex and needs a serious readjustment in their approach client relations. If I could give them negative stars I would -5

The worst company to EVER rent from. They dont take care of property. And they try to keep your security deposit!! I have a judgment against them right now they still havent paid! Run!! They are SLUM LORDS!!!!
