Called to ask if I would be able to check on a friend that was there for inpatient and I was rudely hung up on and my question was never answered. Terrible customer service let alone just basic decency. Not happy.
For me treatment facility is great and has allowed me to accept that I had a problem and allowed me to move forward with my life. They taught me how to be apart of society with out the other of drugs. I recommend this facility to anyone who is tired of feeling miserable and alone. My life today is so much better then what it was 2 years ago. I continue to practice everyday what tools I was given to succeed by this program.I stay in touch with the counselors, which by the way are very helpful. No matter what time you call. So... read more
