The nurse practioners were friendly, kind and extremely professional. However the two receptionists at the front were the complete opposite, noticeably whispering about patients and making the atmosphere feel unsafe for uncomfortable patients and unwelcomed.
Would NOT recommend this office. Tried for four days to get approval on medication that had been prescribed for years. Had to call office three times & then Dr denies the refill without explanation. I politely but firmly told the nurse they could have told me that four days ago instead of dragging this out & then absurdly accuses me of yelling?! Really?! What a joke! By the way, their Watauga Office is no better. & they have not converted to electronic records, so they can never provide information without having to pull a c... read more
