Horrible and disgusting facility. Very old and dingy. Does not feel clean at all. Not ADA accessible. Don’t bother going there in a wheelchair, or pushing someone in a wheelchair chair. There are mats and rugs you trip on entering the building and facility. Very small exam rooms. Not up to date on technology, meaning no VTChat, Zoom, etc. They don’t call in prescriptions or refills without going to them for a handwritten one.
