I’ve had my unit since last year. It was ok at first both guys were very friendly. Then when the younger guy left the older gentleman started becoming rude and making me and anyone i bring to help me move things in and out my unit very uncomfortable. He has even went into my unit when i did not have a lock. He has also suspended my code several times even after i have made a payment. He is not professional at all. He is rude over the phone and makes a simple situation confrontational. I would not recommend anyone else here u... read more
