The shipping address I provided is different from my billing address as I have two homes. They refused to process order unless I called and confirmed shipping address. I shop solely online and have never had this happen with any other company. Communication was unprofessional as well. I canceled my order. Upon reading other reviews, I'm very glad I did. I dodged a purchasing nightmare.

This company is a scam. Never received my order but they will not refund my credit card. Had to complain to my credit card company. Avoid this loser company. There are reputable wig retailers out there. This isn’t one of them.

I question the practice of this company. Purchased a product on Sale (Not Clearance), received email invoice for purchase. AT NO TIME, during the selection and purchase from the site or received email confirmation, invoice for payment, did it mention this was a No Refund, Final Sale item. Had that happened during the purchase or when selecting the item, I would not have purchased the item. This company is a scam, be aware!!!! They sell highly poor quality defective wigs and other products and will Not accept any refund. I bought for the first time 3 wigs from their site, big mistake. When I got it, it was a complete joke. Highly poor quality and defective wigs. I used a soft wig brush to brush the wigs almost all hair was falling down, I even used my fingers and I will still have an handful hair. When I shook the wigs lot of hair was falling down. I wear a wig on a daily basis I have ordered from different wig sites....around Easter Best Wig Outlet had a sale on there wigs at 30% off when I tried to order the wig it wouldn't take off the 30%.....I called them and explained the situation I was told that the wig I wanted order was not included in the sale....I told them the sale stated 30% off the entire site that they better change cause now you are advertsing falsely...they aggreed and let the sale go through....right there I should have knew they would be a problem..... read more

My husband ordered me a wig for Christmas. It came in November but he wanted me to wait to open it Christmas morning. I called BWO and told them my predicament, they said no problem if I had to return it. I had to return it wrong wig. First attempt they would not give me and RMA said I only had 10 days, I explained and they said they would get back to me. I placed an order on 11/3/17 and canceled it within 30 minutes of placing the order. The company still received the payment. I called to see if I could still receive the wig since the money was taken from my account and was denied. I asked for a manager and was denied. The customer service is terrible and I still have not received my refund. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
