When we got to out townhouse suite, the room hadn't even been cleaned. There were 2 beds in the place that looked as if they were just crawled out of. There were coffee spills on the floor and on the kitchen counters. None of the surfaces had been wiped. The floors were so dirty, my son's feet looked so gross and black. The pools were cold and were not clean, and it took forever to get through to the front desk to get more towels for the pool. The hot tub was absolutely gross and filthy. Clean comfortable room. Could certainly use some updating and cleaning particularly outside
We love Zoder's and have been staying there for several years. But, their rooms are getting very tired. In desperate need of updating and new mattresses for sure.
Bad Management! Will not stay again. Had stayed several times. Lady in charge is very rude. Had questions about charge on credit card, and desk worker did not seem to know company policy concerning what charge was put on card. Very smart acting and smug. No respect for customer. Good luck with your smug attitude. You will need it.
